Geyserland Tour

Tour itinerary: Auckland - Geyserland - Auckland

On the Tour Geyserland we visit the land of Maori, explore the caves of Waitomo exotic and have a pleasant time at the spa town of Rotorua.

In the morning we depart from Auckland coach. Our trip is through the Waikato newspaper agricultural province where one can see cows grazing on lush grasslands en route.
We arrive at the caves of Waitomo known for their mysterious light emitted by the glowworms living in the cave.

We then go to Rotorua where we visit the Rainbow Springs Nature Reserve. Here you can see many species of birds including kiwi, and many species of fish including trout in the sources of sparks in Rotorua.

We can also visit a farm in operation at the experience of life in rural New Zealand. You will witness traditional crafts such as sheep shearing and harvesting.

We then proceed to the Maori Arts and Crafts Institute where we can see crafts and traditional skills of Maori.

Our next step is the Geyserland region. Here we see the spouting Pohutu Geyser and the spectacular boiling mud pools at Whakarewarewa.

We then boarded the bus to return to Auckland at the end of our Geyserland Tour of New Zealand.
